Q: What time is check-in and check-out?
Check In 2:00pm
Check Out 10:00am
Q: Do you require a security bond upon check-in?
We require full payment of room prior to check-in. No Security bond.
Q: Is after hours check-in available?
If you are planning to arrive after 6pm, please contact us in advance using the information on the booking confirmation for further instructions.
Q: Can I have a late check-out?
Late checkout is subject to availability. Checkout until 11am is free, however after that will be a per hour cost, subject to approval.
Q: When do I have to pay a deposit?
Three days prior to check-in you are required to pay one night deposit and the day of check-in the rest of the outstanding balance must be paid.
Q: What are the reception hours?
9am to 7pm Monday to Friday
10am to 2pm Saturdays
Q: Can I book local attraction tickets at reception?
Yes. Need to hire a car, book a restaurant or secure tickets to the best show in town? Just chat to the friendly team at our reception desk.
