5. Sir Thomas Brisbane Planetarium
Brisbane City Council's Sir Thomas Brisbane Planetarium is located in the Brisbane Botanic Gardens Mt Coot-tha. The planetarium opened its doors in 1978 and continues to provide entertaining and at the same time informative shows for both adults and children to enjoy such as the Perfect Little Planet and The Little Star that Could. Take note, there are programs that are not recommended for children under six such as Capturing the Cosmos, Cosmic Collisions, Dark Universe and more.
