Le Festival Brisbane – also known as Brisbane French Festival – is back this spring for its unmissable 10th anniversary!
After expected delay to its usual July scheduling, Le Festival is going ahead in October and November with three weekends of cultural festivity in Kangaroo Point Cliffs Park Brisbane. For Francophiles with a love for French culture, food and entertainment, it’s simply not to be missed!
Brisbane French Festival is Australia’s biggest celebration of all things French, having brought an authentic little piece of France to Brisbane every year since 2010. The festival involves everything from mouth-watering French cuisine and food tasting to live entertainment, market stalls and workshops, complete with a family-friendly multicultural atmosphere that’s as close as it gets to visiting France firsthand!
Be sure to enjoy a fun and safe festival experience as 2020 Le Festival will have COVID Safe measures in place to support visitor safety. This includes 1.5 metre social distancing via floor markings and signage, table maximums of six, onsite hand washing stations and more. Festival-goers are also welcome to bring their own face mask and bottle.
This year’s festival will have a different feel, but guaranteed to be just as fun as previous events!
